tkbuzz Terms and Conditions

General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the tkbuzz platform and all its associated services. By accessing the tkbuzz website or creating an account, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

These Terms have been prepared in accordance with the laws and regulations of Bangladesh. tkbuzz reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the tkbuzz platform. Continuing to use the platform will be taken as acceptance of the latest Terms.

Account Registration

To open an account on tkbuzz, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Each individual may create only one account.
• Creating multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address, or device is strictly prohibited.
• If other members of a household also use separate accounts, those accounts may be operated from the same device or network, but bonuses may not be claimed more than once.
• A government-issued identity document (National ID card or passport) may be required for account verification.

tkbuzz reserves the right to reject any registration application or to suspend and close any account, particularly if false information is provided or if the Terms are violated.

Age Verification 21+

tkbuzz is a responsible gaming platform. Only individuals aged 21 or older may use this platform.

At the time of account creation or at any later stage, tkbuzz may request valid documentation to verify age. If the required documents are not provided, or if the account holder is identified as underage, the account will be closed immediately and all winnings earned from that account may be forfeited.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. This information should not be shared with anyone.

• Use a strong password — a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.

• If you suspect that someone else has obtained your account details, change your password immediately and notify our support team.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.

tkbuzz will not be held responsible for any unauthorized activity on your account, unless the security breach was caused by a fault in tkbuzz's own systems.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals on the tkbuzz platform:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour.
• Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.

tkbuzz may request additional verification documents to review a withdrawal request if needed. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of unusual or suspicious transactions.

Your mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) must be registered in your own name and must match the name registered on your tkbuzz account. Transactions from accounts under a different name may be rejected.

Bonuses and Promotions

tkbuzz offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Please read the relevant terms carefully before accepting these offers.

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Another example: deposit ৳14,000 and receive the maximum ৳10,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳24,000.
• A wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn: you must wager 15 times the combined bonus and deposit amount.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per user.

General Bonus Terms

• Two bonus offers may not be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• tkbuzz reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• In cases of bonus abuse, the account may be closed.

Gaming Rules

Live casino, sports betting, slots, fishing games, and crash games are available on the tkbuzz platform. Please follow the rules below when playing:

• Each game has its own rules — read them before you play.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical issue, an ongoing bet may be voided; in that case, the funds will be returned to your wallet.

Prohibited Activities

• Creating an account using a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Bonus abuse — repeatedly claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to hack, crack, or unauthorizedly modify the platform's software.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes.
• Impersonating tkbuzz staff.

Participation in any of the above prohibited activities will result in the immediate and permanent closure of the account. The balance may be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Responsible Gaming

You may request to close your account at any time. Before closing your account, please withdraw all funds from your wallet, as this may not be possible after the account is closed.
